Preamble
The SQLERRM function returns an error message related to an exceptional situation. This function can only be used in the exception handling section of your code.
Syntax of SQLERRM function
SQLERRM
The SQLERRM function has no parameters or arguments.

SQLERRM function to cause an error like this
